I was inspired to embark on this journey of helping family's after the death of my youngest son on March 1st of 2020. One of his friends had set up a "GoFundMe" account. I really believed that the insurance that my husband had through his workplace would cover the entire cost of both the funeral & burial. Boy was I wrong! The funds that were raised in the GoFundMe account, were a huge help. It made it to where we didn't have to pay out of our pockets (which in truth. We didn't have it). This experience provoked me to ask this ?. I wonder how many more families have to try and scramble to get the funds together to lay their deceased loved one to rest? I found out the disturbing answer to this question. And the answer grieved me. So now I have committed myself to helping as many families and individuals as I can.
